With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jeremy works closely with individuals, families, and business owners to help simplify important financial decisions with clarity, patience, and trust.
Whether it is life insurance planning, retirement transitions, or business protection strategies, his focus is helping clients feel informed and confident throughout the process. Jeremy believes financial guidance should feel relationship driven, not pressure driven.
He holds a BA in Art History from Sonoma State University and an MBA in Marketing from Capella University. A lifelong Angeleno, Jeremy lives in Pasadena with his wife and two children and stays actively involved in his community through volunteer and board leadership.
Fred Weideman brings a relationship-focused approach to helping individuals, families, and business owners protect what matters most.
Before transitioning into the insurance industry, Fred spent more than 15 years in sales and account management leadership, including serving as State Manager for Bacardi USA in California. His background in communication, leadership, and client relationships gives him a thoughtful and personalized approach to working with clients today.
At Arroyo Financial, Fred focuses on life, health, and disability insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs and goals. He values clear communication, long-term relationships, and helping people feel supported throughout the process.
Fred holds a BS in Business Management from Arizona State University and is a graduate of La Salle High School. He lives in Duarte with his wife and three children and enjoys supporting his kids through youth sports and community activities.
